3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for entering accurate details, including Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, and Location of Birth.
• Incorrect details will result in inaccurate reports, and no refunds or replacements will be provided for such cases.
• You agree not to misuse our Services or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms our website or systems.

4. Order Process & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received through our approved payment gateways.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store your complete card or bank details.
• Pricing for our Services is listed on the Site and may be updated without prior notice.

5. Delivery of Reports

• Reports are generated and delivered digitally, usually instantly after payment confirmation.
• You will receive a download link or email attachment containing your report.
• At present, we do not store reports for future re-download. If you lose your report, a new purchase will be required.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• All sales are final once the report is delivered.
• Refunds are only provided in cases outlined in our Refund Policy (e.g., duplicate payment, non-delivery, or payment failure).
• No refunds will be issued for change of mind or incorrect data entry.

7. Intellectual Property
