At Astrocove, we are committed to providing accurate and high-quality astrology reports based on the information you provide. Since these reports are personalized digital goods, they are generated instantly after successful payment and cannot be reused or resold.

1. No Refund for Delivered Reports

Once a report has been successfully generated and delivered (via download link, email, or any other medium), we cannot offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances, except as mentioned in Section 3 below.

This is because:

  • Reports are custom-made based on your provided details.
  • Delivery is instant and irreversible once completed.

2. Accuracy of Information Provided

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Name, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, Location of Birth, and other required details are entered correctly before placing your order.

Incorrect inputs will lead to inaccurate reports, and such cases are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.

3. Exceptions — Eligible Refund Cases

We may issue a full or partial refund only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order.
  • Failed Delivery: If you did not receive your report due to a technical issue on our side, and we are unable to deliver it within 2-3 working days of payment confirmation.
  • Payment Failure with Deduction: If your payment was deducted but the order was not generated, and we cannot resolve the issue within 2-3 working days.

4. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Section 3:

  • Contact us at support@astrocove.com within 7 days of your purchase.
  • Include your Order ID, payment receipt, and a description of the issue.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. No Refund for Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds if you:

  • Change your mind after purchase.
  • Decide you no longer want the report.
  • Purchased from a different service and prefer their format.
